PAN-FRIED SALMON

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 Salmon filet (6 ounces)
• 2 - 3 tablespoons of Chimichurri
Instructions
1. First, heat one tablespoon of Chimichurri in a skillet over medium to high heat until it shimmers.
2. Add the salmon, skin side up, and sear it until it gets browned (about 4 minutes).
3. Turn the salmon over and keep cooking it for another 4 minutes until ready. Every now and then, don’t forget to spread and smear Chimichurri on the fish by using a spoon or brush.
